Mail Service

Courier boxes are located within the mailroom on the lobby level of the 411 East Wisconsin Center.

• Federal Express - typical pick up time is 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• UPS - typical pick up time is 7:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.

A United States Postal Service mailbox is located on the lobby level of the 411 East Wisconsin Center in the mailroom. Pick up time is 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Individual locked tenant mailboxes are also located on the lobby level. Delivery time is approximately 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. during the work week and on Saturdays. If tenant’s mailbox key is lost, an additional key will be made for a small fee.

The last collection time for the United States Postal Service in our area, which is located at 350 W. St. Paul Avenue, is 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 6:00 p.m. Saturday.
