Conference Rooms

The 411 East Wisconsin Center provides two conference rooms for tenant use. The rooms can accommodate small or large staff meetings as well as business luncheons or training sessions.

The conference rooms can accommodate various layouts to comply with social distancing guidelines.

Reservations are necessary to secure a room and can be done through the Electronic Tenant services portal. Availability of the conference rooms can be viewed as well as making upcoming reservations. In addition, the Building Management office can assist in making reservations and verify that a room is available.

If you must cancel a meeting scheduled in the 411 East Wisconsin Center conference rooms, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the meeting date. We usually have a waiting list for the rooms and canceling early allows us to offer the conference facilities to other tenants. Tenants are subject to a cancelation fee if a reservation goes unused at the then current rates charged by Building Management.

Should your meeting start before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m., Building Management office or security department will assist in obtaining access to the conference rooms.

Lobby Conference Room

• The lobby conference room is located in the main lobby of the building near the business lounge.
• The room offers 13 movable tables and 50 chairs.
• The room is available for business functions for 411 tenants.
• A large multifunctional television and projector screen is available for computer interface presentations.
• A large format dry-erase board is available by request.
• There is a credenza and refrigeration making the room suitable for catered food orders.

3rd Floor Conference Room

• The room offers 14 movable tables and 35 chairs.
• This room is available for business or non-business functions for 411 tenants.
• A large monitor and projector screen are available for computer interface presentations.
• There are two dry erase boards in the 3rd floor Conference room.
• The room is also suitable for catering orders with the availability of refrigeration and credenza units.
