Our Engineering Staff will perform standard building maintenance, service requests and respond to after-hour emergencies. All requests for service should be entered into FacilityDude, our electronic maintenance software, for tracking purposes.
For after–hours emergency maintenance requests please call (414) 347-0411. The call will be routed to the appropriate individuals to handle your emergency.
Full training on the tenant request portal is available by contacting Building Management.
In situations where the tenant requires work outside of the responsibility of the landlord, Building Management must approve the contractor providing service and the scope of work. Please contact the Building Management office for more information.
Please immediately notify the Building Management office of any urgent maintenance requests or life safety issues. All emergency requests should always be phoned in directly to the Building Management office at (414) 347-0411. Examples of emergency issues include active water leaks, fires, or security issues such as doors that are locked with individuals trapped or doors not locking.
