General Maintenance Requests
Tenants of 411 East Wisconsin Center have access to a wide variety of services that can be handled by on-site Building Engineers, Janitorial, Management and Security departments.
All general tenant requests should be submitted as a work order online through the MRI Angus Service Portal. Work orders are dispatched to the appropriate department based on the work type selected. Work orders are typically completed during business hours Monday through Friday.
If you need to make a request and do not have a login to the MRI Angus Service Portal, or if you have any questions about your request, please contact Building Management.
For after-hours emergency maintenance requests please call (414) 347-0411. The Security staff on duty will contact the appropriate person to handle your emergency.
In situations where the tenant requires work outside of the responsibility of the landlord, Colliers International must approve the contractor providing service and the work. Please contact the management office for more information.
Urgent Requests
Please immediately notify the Building Management office of any urgent maintenance requests or life safety issues. All emergency requests should always be phoned in directly to the Building Management office at (414) 347-0411. Examples of emergency issues include active water leaks, fires, or security issues, such as doors that are locked with individuals trapped or doors not locking.
