Conference Rooms

The 411 East Wisconsin Center provides three conference rooms for tenant use. The rooms can accommodate small or large staff meetings as well as business luncheons or training sessions.

The conference rooms can accommodate various layouts upon request.

Reservations are necessary to secure a room and can be done through the MRI Angus Tenant Service Portal. Availability of the conference rooms can be viewed as well as making upcoming reservations. If a reservation is needed within 24 hours, please contact the Building Management office to check availability.

If you must cancel a meeting scheduled in the 411 East Wisconsin Center conference rooms, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the meeting date. Canceling early allows us to offer the conference facilities to other tenants. Tenants are subject to a cancelation fee if a reservation goes unused at the then current rates charged by Building Management.

Meetings held before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. may be accommodated with proper notice and reservations made through the MRI Angus Service Portal. Please stop by the Lobby Security Desk should you need same day of assistance outside business hours. 

Lobby Conference Room

• The lobby conference room is located in the main lobby of the building near the business lounge.
• The room offers 13 movable tables and 50 chairs.
• The room is available for business functions for 411 tenants.
• A large multifunctional television and projector screen is available for computer interface presentations.
• A large format dry-erase board is available by request.
• There is a credenza and refrigeration making the room suitable for catered food orders.

3rd Floor Conference Room

• The room offers 14 movable tables and 35 chairs.
• This room is available for business or non-business functions for 411 tenants.
• A large monitor and projector screen are available for computer interface presentations.
• There are two dry erase boards in the 3rd floor Conference room.
• The room is also suitable for catering orders with the availability of refrigeration and credenza units.

23rd Floor Conference Room

• Boardroom-style seating up to 10 people, ensuring a professional and comfortable environment for your team or clients.
  
• Visualize and collaborate with a mounted glass whiteboard
  
• Amazon Fire 75” 4K UHD Smart TV, ensuring clear and crisp visuals for your presentations and videos.
  
• Optional HDMI connection
  
• Wi-Fi connection available

• Reservations are only for the conference room and does not include the tenant lounge.
