Café and Catering Services

Davians, located on the first floor of the 411 East Wisconsin Center, offers full breakfast and lunch menus. Breakfast is served between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., and lunch between 11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Davians also features a “Grab-Pay-N-Go” section where prepared food can be picked up in a hurry. Davians also offers Starbucks coffee and a wide-variety of bottled drinks, chips, and snacks.

Conference Rooms

The 411 East Wisconsin Center provides two conference rooms for tenant use. The room can accommodate small or large staff meetings as well as business luncheons or training sessions.

Courtyards

The beautifully landscaped courtyard and west plaza are unique amenities for a downtown office building in Milwaukee and have recently received recognition as “Underrated Public Places” by Milwaukee Magazine. To organize events in the courtyard please contact the Building Management office.

Dental Services

The office of Dr. Rau, located on the 5th floor, is a convenient place to have your dental work done and only be away from your office for a short period of time. The dentist and his assistants make going to the dentist a pleasant experience for you and your family. For more information please call (414) 271-2058.

Health Club

The Wisconsin Athletic Club occupies the 6th floor and a large portion of the 5th floor of the 411 East Wisconsin Center. They offer cardiovascular equipment, weight training and weight resistance equipment, aerobics, step and a variety of other classes. Steam and sauna areas are separate for men and women. On-Site Banking

PNC Bank has an ATM machine in the lobby of the 411 East Wisconsin Center for general use.

Shoe Shine

Steve Griffin and his team offer shoe shining and repairs. They will pick up your shoes from your office, clean, shine or repair them, and often return them to you on the same day. The shoe-shine stand is located in the lobby. Please see the main lobby desk for assistance.

Sundry Shop

Located in the lobby of the 411 East Wisconsin Center, our sundry store sells items such as snacks, newspapers, magazines, gifts and greeting cards. They are able to provide dry cleaning and laundry services. In addition, Laura’s Gourmet Popcorn is located in the sundry shop providing a variety of flavored and white popcorn options.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are available to tenants of the 411 East Wisconsin Center at the lobby desk where they can be checked out for usage. Please return the umbrella to the desk when you are finished using it.
